Context
Our client, a technology solutions company that transforms the copper mining industry through innovative technologies that will accelerate access to copper reserves.
This role will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic business development projects for Ceibo, ensuring the successful planning and execution of key tasks and initiatives. The PMO will lead several teams and workstreams at different stages of the projects’ lifecycle, fostering communication and collaboration between teams and monitoring project progress and performance, while developing and implementing Project Management, Transaction and Investment governance processes, standards, and overall practices.

Qualifications
Education
Civil Industrial Engineer or similar
Experience
3-5 years of professional experience, at least 2 of them as PMO
Experience in a project or PMO management role, with understanding of project governance and management
Experience managing multiple projects, implementing governance frameworks.
Good analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking, risk management, and reporting.
Knowledge
Experience with project management tools and software
Fluent in English both orally and in writing
